- Fees and Payment

- Third-party businesses receiving leads from us agree to:

- Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement for lead services by providing 28 days’ written notice. Upon termination, any fees incurred up to the effective date must be paid.
- We Are One Energy Ltd t/a One Energy reserves the right to terminate lead services immediately if a third-party business breaches these terms, fails to pay fees, or engages in unlawful conduct.
